HR Due Diligence

Human Resources Due Diligence is an HR-related chances and risk analysis. On the one hand, the focus is on the analysis and evaluation of the structural human capital. The most important auditing fields here are questions related to the employee structure, compensation policy, employee benefits as well as individual and collective labor agreements. On the other hand, it is also about revealing risk potentials and follow-up costs, which might arise out of the ability to integrate and willingness to change with respect to employees, the corporate culture, the employees’ qualifications and the leadership qualities of the management.
