grosse-hornke is an international management consultancy focusing on developing and implementing transformation projects. Since 2007, we have been supporting our clients in various topics such as strategic realignment, establishment of new operational and organizational structures, implementation of new processes and IT systems or topics regarding efficiency increase. Our clients particularly value our flexible and effective implementation capabilities as well as our long-term experience regarding successful change projects. We provide support for global and medium-sized companies over the whole project phase – on site in Germany or globally.

Our Social Responsibility
Every company bears responsibility for our society. As consultants, we help our clients to fulfil this duty. Beyond this, we make our own contribution to the community.
Fostering Education
We support young talents in trying out their skills and growing through practice.
We have a long-standing partnership with the University of Münster. Since 2012, we have endowed the Institute of Business Management with the “Business Chemistry Study Award”. With this award, we annually honor outstanding master’s theses that combine questions of economics and chemistry.
Developing talents with a high level of practical relevance is the mission of Bundesverband Deutscher Studentischer Unternehmensberatungen (BDSU). We have been partnering with this great initiative since 2022.
In our hometown of Münster, we also support various charitable associations and institutions, including the Verkehrswacht and the Johanniter.
Pro Bono Work

UN Sustainability Principles
We are committed to the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact: As a signatory, we pledge to protect human rights and maintain high standards for occupational safety and environmental protection. At the same time, we are standing up against all forms of corruption.
Silver in the EcoVadis rating
Transparency matters to us. Therefore, we commissioned the CSR specialist EcoVadis to evaluate our company. grosse-hornke has received a silver medal and is among the top 30 percent of the companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
Sports for endangered species
Until the end of the year, we will support the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) with our sports initiative, collecting monthly donations for wildlife protection – dedicated to saving gorillas, polar bears and lynxes, among others.
The Red List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) currently includes over 32,000 species. Large habitats such as tropical rainforests and coral reefs have been declining for decades. The animal welfare organization WWF is committed to preserving the livelihoods of wild animals. Since July, we have been supporting this important cause with our sports campaign: we collect donations for each training session of our colleagues. Every month, the focus is on a different animal, including gorillas and polar bears.
The very first aid
How do I dress a wound? What is the recovery position? Thanks to St. John Ambulance, children in Münster are already learning the basics of first aid. The organization offers age-appropriate courses in kindergartens and schools and provides posters, workbooks and even an AR app. A good cause that we have been happy to support for years!
