Our clients particularly value our flexible and effective implementation capabilities as well as our long-term experience regarding successful change projects. We provide support for global and medium-sized companies over the whole project phase – on site in Germany or globally.
Solving questions about the implementation of change in strategy, IT, culture and organization, among others
Planning and implementation of your individual projects including the development of customer-specific measure packages
Sustainably anchoring changes in corporate structures and culture
We conceptualize, plan and control your project from A to Z. In close cooperation (“tandem approach”), we structure your topics and develop detailed action plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
Management and further staff members will be strongly involved in the project, e.g. with instruments like individual interviews, focus groups or workshops.
As sparring partners, we support you regarding a value driven and sustainable business development beyond the daily tasks but considering the “big picture”.
Why do we do what we do? Consulting is our passion because it combines analytical excellence with a practical sense of achievement. We love to solve problems creatively. No matter how complicated and hectic the situation may be at the moment: We bring calmness to every project. This strength of nerve does not come by chance. At Grosse-Hornke we rely on experience, on proven methods as well as on new impulses from research and practice. We are a diverse team in which experienced consultants and young talents can contribute their strengths and realize their potential.
Our Social Responsibility
Every company bears responsibility for our society. As consultants, we help our clients to fulfil this duty. Beyond this, we make our own contribution to the community.
We give young talents the opportunity to try things out and grow through practical tasks. Since 2016, we have been cooperating with the student consultancy CARLO Consulting e.V. at the University of Oldenburg. Once a year, we offer free counselling workshops there for those interested in all courses of study. We support students of the European University of Applied Sciences Rhein-Erft as coaches in empirical work, especially in methodological questions. We also maintain close relations with the University of Münster. Since 2012, we have endowed the Institute of Business Management with the “Business Chemistry Study Award”. With this award, we annually honor outstanding master’s theses that combine questions of economics and chemistry. In our hometown of Münster, we also support various charitable associations and institutions, including the Verkehrswacht and the Johanniter. Donations are used, for example, to finance workbooks and events on traffic education and first aid at local schools.
UN Sustainability Principles
We are committed to the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact: As a signatory, we pledge to protect human rights and maintain high standards for occupational safety and environmental protection. At the same time, we are standing up against all forms of corruption.
Silver in the EcoVadis rating
Transparency matters to us. Therefore, we commissioned the CSR specialist EcoVadis to evaluate our company. Grosse-Hornke has received a silver medal and is among the top 30 percent of the companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
Sports for endangered species
Until the end of the year, we will support the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) with our sports initiative, collecting monthly donations for wildlife protection – dedicated to saving gorillas, polar bears and lynxes, among others.
The Red List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) currently includes over 32,000 species. Large habitats such as tropical rainforests and coral reefs have been declining for decades. The animal welfare organization WWF is committed to preserving the livelihoods of wild animals. Since July, we have been supporting this important cause with our sports campaign: we collect donations for each training session of our colleagues. Every month, the focus is on a different animal, including gorillas and polar bears.
