For our colleague Marcel, it’s easy to step out of his shell, even when dancing at a carnival show.
Is your company facing a change? Are you looking for ideas to bring forward your project? In our custom-made online workshop “Transformation Management” we develop suitable approaches together.
Companies merge. They improve their processes. They modernize their IT. Transformation projects can be very different in terms of subject and scope. However, all change projects have one thing in common: Stakeholders must support them. In our customized online workshop “Transformation Management” we invite you to reflect on the best measures to foster commitment. In our meeting we will discuss, among other aspects:
Feel free to contact us without obligation to discuss your demands and possible workshop dates with us. You can reach us by e-mail at info@grosse-hornke.de or by phone at +49 (0)2501 59435-10.
Usually we schedule “Transformation Management” sessions for four hours and a maximum of 15 participants. You can book your custom-made workshop package for 4,900 euros (plus VAT). Of course, you can extend your workshop program, if required. For example, it has proven effective to plan a second session in which we apply the tools presented to your specific case.
We would be very happy to support you!
